Minimums
For your shopping convenience, Kosmetech has removed the $50.00 minimum order. Please note, we sell wholesale to the trade in bulk quantities (for most items) and each item that we sell has its own individual minimum quantity and varies accordingly. This is due to specific packaging variations. Visit our item detail pages within our website to view individual minimum quantities for each item. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@kosmetech.com or call us during business hours.

Samples and Compatibility
Kosmetech recommends requesting samples of items prior to purchasing. Kosmetech makes no guarantees written or implied as to the compatibility of the products it sells with the customers intended use of those products. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to insure proper compatibility testing. Samples can be requested of any specific item at its detail page and are shipped to you at no cost.

Shipping
Kosmetech's policy is to ship orders as soon as possible. Orders received Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm Eastern Time are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders received on Friday before 11am Eastern Time are usually processed and shipped on the same day. Orders received on after 11am on Fridays, weekends and holidays are usually processed and shipped on the next business day.

New York State Sales Tax
All orders shipped to a New York State zip code will be charged sales tax. If you have a New York State resale certificate please contact us prior to placing an order. Orders shipped outside of New York State will not be charged New York State Sales Tax.

Blanket Orders
Blanket Orders are welcome. Place a large Blanket Order for the year; receive quantity discount if applicable and we will allocate the stock in our warehouse just for you. We will ship partial quantities off that order as per your direction. Please contact us for more information or to place a blanket order.

Merchandise Stock and Backorders
Kosmetech strives to always have all standard items in stock. Occasionally, items do go out of stock. Backorders will be shipped as soon as they become available. Your Credit Card will only be charged for items that are shipped.
