Kosmetech Corp. will accept the return of unopened, unused standard catalog items within 30 days of purchase for a credit, less a 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable.
To obtain a credit:
- Call Kosmetech Corp. customer service at 718-858-7000 during business hours Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm Eastern Time or email us at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 calendar days of order date. No return will be granted without an RMA number, no exceptions.
- Once RMA number is issued, your return must be received by Kosmetech Corp. within 40 calendar days of original order date for a refund.
- Shortages – All shortages must be reported within 10
- All returns must be placed in an outer box, which means any box other than the box which directly contains our products. Returns shipped without an outer box will be refused and no refund will be issued. RMA number should be displayed on the shipping label or outer box only. We will not accept returns if RMA numbers are written on inner boxes or bags, as this is not in original re-stocking condition.
- Custom and/or Special ordered merchandise cannot be returned.
- Kosmetech Corp. suggests you return merchandise with a tracking method. Returns should also be insured as Kosmetech Corp. will not be held liable for loss or damages in transit.

What address do I return merchandise to?
Kosmetech Corp. will provide you with the return address when RMA is issued.
How long does it take to issue credit?
- Kosmetech Corp. reserves the right to inspect all returns before issuing a
credit. Please allow up to one week for a credit to be issued.
