1. Kosmetech Corporation will accept the return of standard catalog items within 30 days for a full credit, less a $10.00 processing fee, providing the following:
    a) A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number must be obtained by contacting Kosmetech Corp.’s Customer Service Department for ALL returns and/or refusal of delivery.
    b) RGA number must be clearly displayed on each package that is being returned.
    c) All goods must be in the original packaging and must be in condition for restocking.
    d) Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Returns should be insured as Kosmetech Corp. will not be responsible for loss or damage in transit.
  2. Damages - All shipments must be checked for damages before acceptance from the carrier. Kosmetech Corporation is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. Other damage claims must be made within 10 days and an RGA number must be obtained from Kosmetech Corporation.
  3. Shortages – All shortages must be reported within 10 days.
  4. Kosmetech Corporation reserves the right to inspect all returns before issuing a credit.
  5. Custom and/or Special ordered merchandise cannot be returned.
  6. Goods cannot be returned after 30 days.
